In some rare cases, particularly with older websites that have unsupported themes and/or plugins, we may not be able to protect the site from future hacks once an initial attack is successful. Should we identify these issues, we will advise you on your best options going forward, and will repair the site up to 2 times. If your account is past due by 30 days or more when a hack occurs, standard charges will apply for any website repair.
